| ChildSupport_Employment_06-18-09.pdf | In this letter to Child Support Enforcement, I explain that the not-guilty verdict of the courts was somehow translated to a guilty status in a criminal background check - an error that has prevented me from resuming employment as an engineer - to replace my job loss due to the arrest, the dropping of one charge, and the non-guilty of the other. |
| ChildSupport_Employment_06-30-09.pdf | The letter, obviously sent to Child Enforcement, is more about the recent determination that the court has effectively sentenced me...rather than genuinely deemed me "not guilty"; and in the simplest expression, means that the court can do more than determine guilt - but they can create it too. In the fine print of protocol, the courts have found me guilty without agreeing to my guilt - which means that they have lied. What gives the courts the right to make an agreement - both communicated and documented - without good faith? Very simply replied, the courts don't need that right - as they are the law.... |
| StateAttorney_Status_07-28-09.pdf | How can you be non-guilty, yet be sentenced; how can public records status you as guilty or convicted, yet the courts indicate otherwise...I don't know, but then again, nor does the few others that I have discussed this matter with. Read the posting for, it seems, that courts can not determine guilt, but they can create through "mere authority"...nothing more. |
| DHR_CalhounCounty_08-20-09.pdf | As I count the costs of trying to be a parent to my children, what tallies most is that the courts have created a criminal out of thin air by rubber-stamping an injunction that was falsified in regard to the terms of visitation with my children. The plight is not just for the parent, but for his children who must endure much less than their best interest in mind. |
| HKirkRainer_ParentsPlea_2009.pdf | A parent's plea is another writing of the divisive and destructive outcome of divorce; first to dissolve the marriage, second to dismember the family and, with all that, to enable (and encourage) divorce by rewarding one and punishing the other. |

Parents and Kids in a Postmodern Age |

When a child is unjustifiable denied their right to their parent, than abuse has occurred; and when a child is deceived - and even threatened - by a parent, than abuse has been magnified to the degree that the child will not and cannot forget it. |
...live in a culture "that frees the mind and soul by "emptying them. All in all, she points to the attitude and approach of treating children like adults; and as a consequence, of opening both the doors and windows to a host of developmental and teen problems. She continues: parents have left aside their traditional role of instructing their offspring in values and concentrate on being their "housemates and friends." In this role or relationship, the parent is changed from a figure of authority into "facilitators, cheerfully escorting the child's own unique self to maturity." So, instead of leading and training, the parent is giving premature autonomy to the child or teen - who is left to "stumble into experiences" that usually end-up going out-of-control... |

Offering a brief history of the parent's role as authoritarian, the author takes us to the present day - which she calls "our era's equation is all autonomy, with no restraint." In this description (or treatment) is a prevailing condition that children possess "natural good judgment" thus lending |

Surprisingly, discipline is the chief concern among parents' with children in public schools; and it has been for several decades! Over that period, the courts and feds have "hacked away" at the authority of the school systems |

In her research, Dana went throughout America and, in her findings, discovered that parents generally have two worries: the first is the loss of childhood innocence; and the second is the loss of parental authority. She summaries: "They (the parents) complained about the increasing legal constrictions on parental rights...and they regretted the increasing bureaucratization of children's lives; and they appealed for more family time. Now begins the book... |

The verdict is in: divorce put kids at risk, and the crisis of our youth has a lot more to do with family structure than previously thought. Mack moves to the meat of the matter by introducing the public persona of parents in such roles of abusive, irresponsible, and careless behaviors. Tactics to compel children to testify (as whistleblowers) against their parents go beyond a reasonable form; but instead, take-on the format of an inquisition with interrogation....How can children (and parents) endure such tactic aimed at digging deeper than the truth; if the end justifies the means, than such tactics may carry such weight as to force confessions that are beyond the truth; and are therefore, not completely or altogether true. |

Parents once again come to the table to air their grievances with government intervention; this time, on the basic dilemma that parents are still held responsible for their children while reduced in one form or another as authorities in their children's lives. Sounds complex and complicated; and though dated in the late 90's, is this "mission" still underway? Well, before I answer that question, I will have to read the book - and then comment with a better perspective.... |

"Plight of a Parent" began with a response (to the courts) over the "ill-conceived injunction" that has been a scourge on men everywhere who find themselves unable to avert its bias and partiality when it comes to the rule of law. Basically, the designated victim has full immunity (from law), while the perpetrator (usually a man) cannot get away from it - even if he tries; hence, I call it the Dysfunction of an Injunction.
But the dysfunction doesn't stop there for, like a virus, it spreads to other possibilities and perversions; namely, the accusation that letters, monies and gifts are somehow malicious and harassment. How can it be that what is considered normal for family members by convention can be convoluted in a court of law? Well, before you answer that, how can someone be arrested and incarcerated on a charge when the Prosecution has no evidence? I think that justice is like the illustration of the scales with legs (to the right); it has a tendency to get-up and walk-off...
