should be limits to what can be done in a court room - for all
parties. Evaluations that go by the wayside, injunctions and
testimony that goes unchecked and - worst of all - young people compelled
to testify against a parent that they have not seen in seven
years...

cannot be employed as a convicted felon; but a plea bargain that included
a not guilty verdict has somehow ended up as a guilty status on criminal
background checks. How did it happen - and can it be
corrected....such that I resume working as an engineer?

Okay;
here's how justice works: you (the non-custodial) are paying your
child support; what's more, you send your children monies for their
birthdays and gifts for graduation: the gift is destroyed and the
monies (or checks) are cashed (or deposited) - but the court deems this
parental act as malicious. Further, the courts strike a deal (plea
bargain) deeming you not guilty - but then you find out that, in effect,
you are guilty, convicted; now, you cannot find re-employment in your
profession (being a convicted felon)...and cannot pay the high premium of
child support...nor offer the additional monies deemed
malicious. The children suffer for lack of a parent and,
now, the loss of income in the form of child support; and the courts
proceed toward wrecking yet another family...

How
can you be non-guilty, yet be sentenced; how can public records status you
as guilty or convicted, yet the courts indicate otherwise...I don't know,
but then again, nor does the few others that I have discussed this matter
with. Read the posting for, it seems, that courts can not
determine guilt, but they can create through "mere
authority"...nothing more.

parent's plea is another writing of the divisive and destructive outcome
of divorce; first to dissolve the marriage, second to dismember the family
and, with all that, to enable (and encourage) divorce by rewarding one and
punishing the other.

A
recent article in The Birmingham News decried a mother's violation of her
Constitutional rights - being arrested for unpaid fees...Debtor's
prison. Violation of Constitutional rights and Debtor's
prison is part & parcel the life of the father who is not a
"Dead-beat dad" - but has been beaten-up by a system that has
spurred divorce and fatherless children. No-fault Divorce and
Child Enforcement are two systems of our government that have undermined
the family by dismembering the dads...Meanwhile, a woman writes in the
paper on the concern that children need male role-models...And this the
continuing on the same-sex marriage movement - as though marriage needed
more challenges to survive the legal onslaught of No-fault
divorce. The Civil Institution that regulates marriage is the
same "system" that has undermined the religious sacrament - and
has displaced millions of children from their dads... Yet a program
to help men -- to treat them like people and not merely as debtors -- is
seeing some success in the otherwise hopeless Catch-22 of debtors
prison.

is becoming the image of its totalitarian former enemies in its
prosecution of justice -- or rather injustice. How is the
so-called System of Justice antithetical to the truism of justice?
Well, to respond to this question.... |

authors cite cases to show it has became possible to be guilty of a crime
though lacking criminal evidence.

I look forward to reading this book as I
have learned firsthand that the courts are capable of doing much in the
way of injustices to include: the implication of children who have been
inculcated with erroneous and misleading information; the discharge
or dismissal of credible evidence -- evidence ordered by the courts, no
less; the
re-definition of the word, "malicious" to apply as anything a
man does - rather than the actual application of hateful or damaging acts or
conduct; and the warrant and incarceration without evidence of any
kind.

"Weighing
the Scales of Justice” will
probably stretch the limits of my opposition – and my understanding
– of
the System of Justice.
As not only a witness, but a defendant and detainee, I am
admittedly limited in understanding; but I am still a citizen – whatever
that means – and possess the
motivation to write this commentary because I am a father who has
lost
his parental rights; and with this monumental loss of my children, have
grown the
roots of my opposition described in such terms as:
-
The "Ruse" or the restraining
order;
-
The "Dysfunction" of an Injunction – where, ironically, law aimed at
aiding the abused is being
abused or misused;
-
"Half-Baked"
pertaining to the
"The Baker Act";
-
Due-Process or "Expediency"
and from my
stay in a county jail, the paradox of “Innocent" until proven Guilty
as expressed in "Letters from Jail" and associated "Terms";
and,
-
For
the greater loss of my
children through the advent of "Parental
Alienation" that has and will continue to hurt my children
throughout their lifetime.
-
But
"For the Record", I was (and am) a parent
who genuinely cares for and loves his children; and I know that to be true no
matter what has been said and done to dissolve, dismember and even destroy
this family.
