Many years ago, a music box was purchased and, as since, has been kept for the rightful owner.   That music box features the song:  "I like to teach the world to sing..." ..."perfect harmony" would be wonderful.

"A lie gets half way around the world before the truth has had a chance to get its pants on."  - Winston Churchill

"SOLDIER BOY" stems from the boyhood experience of army men - or their allies in the plastic form of Knights, Calvary or similar warriors of a bygone war.

When I was a boy, I (or we) would take our soldiers to the field - deployed to the backyard - and set-up fortifications of some scale and detail.  Trenches, bunkers and similar earthen-structures were typical and, in effect, the most time-consuming over the actual battle or conflict. It seemed that with all the preparation, the actual event was anti-climatic but, as war would have it, training and preparation can involve much of the time collectively.

I am not alone in my family for such childhood interests; as one of my children carried-on this interest in his younger days.  Most amusing was that his efforts and detailed alignment of his army could not be disrupted by any appointed or anticipated adversary - it was simply not tolerated; and if you wanted to see the saying "war is Hell" displayed in the temperament of a six year old, just touch or disrupt his line.
